AILA Advocacy Award
ul 07, 2014:Sweta one one of the four recipients of the 2014 AILA Advocay Award. The four recipents were the Chairs of the four California Chapters of AILA-Northern, Bay Area, Southern and San Diego. The CA Chapter Chairs were recognied for their efforts at preventing the passage of a CA Bill that would have adversely impacted the way immigration attorneys practise law.
AILA Platinum Award
May 19, 2014:The Bay Area Chapter of AILA was amongst the top 5 AILA Chapters (out of approx 50) to receive the Platinum Award. This recognition to the Chapter was during Sweta’s term as Chair.
